Best portfolio – we know the jury verdict!

We are really happy to announce that the main prize of the Portfolio Review, which is the exhibiton during next year’s Krakow Photomonth,won Weronika Perłowska. Congratulations!

– Weronika Perłowska’s portfolio is distinguished by a very coherent artistic concept, awareness of the image’s impact and sensitivity to the important issues of the world around us which is expressing the voice of the young generation – explains the jury.

So far we have organized exhibitions of laureates as: Bogusław Madej (2015), Wiktoria Wojciechowska (2016), Wiktor Dąbkowski (2017).

Weronika Perłowska– student of the photography department of University of Arts in Poznań, graduated with a Masters Degree in Documentary Studies at the University of Warsaw. Participant of the 2016 Sputnik Photos Mentorship Programme.

She is interested in taking up the notion of the way media and visual representations influenced social attitudes. She belives in Freedom, Equality, and Sisterhood. Weronika would like to believe in the critical art and visual activism.
